Term of Conditions
Welcome to my Terms of Service! Please take a moment to review the following information before proceeding with any commission requests. These terms outline important details regarding payments, revisions, deadlines, rights, and communication. - Upon ordering a commission, you automatically agree to the terms of service.
- You will only receive a digital file of the art that does not require physical shipping of any form.

PAYMENT AND REFUND
All payments will be through the VGen payment system.
I will start the commission only once the full payment has been sent.
If needed, the commissioner can request a payment plan. In that case, I will begin working once the first milestone has been paid.
Revisions that are more than 3 times will incur an extra fee.
A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
Refunds can be asked before the sketch phase.
After the sketch phase, refunds won't be available.
A full refund will be possible when: the Artist cancels the project due to any personal issue that may appear. The artist hasn't replied or contacted the client in 2 (two) weeks. The art hasn't been finished after three months from the last agreed deadline.
ADD-ONS AND EXTRA FEES
Sometimes commissioners may require additional add-ons or extra fees. Here is the order in which these will be calculated:
Base price + Add-ons + Commercial Fees + Rush Fee + Privacy Fee
Taxes and fees will be applied at the end.Example:
Disclaimer: things are always negotiable, just ask. This example doesn’t mean that every commission has to have every add-on or extra fee.$100 (base price) + $50 (add-on: background) = $150 (base price + add-on)
$150 * 2 (commercial fee for streaming) = $300
$300 * 2.5 (rush delivery tier 3) = $750
$750 + $100 (privacy fee: half NDA) = $850
Total with Taxes, Service and Payment Fees: $1,145.00
WORK USAGE
As mentioned beforehand, there are some extra fees if you’d like to use your work in specific ways:
Commercial Fees
- Personal or Gift > none
- For Streaming Purposes: schedule, branding,… > x2
- For Merchandising Purposes: stickers, charms, prints,… > x5Privacy Fees
- Artist is free to publish or stream the commissions > none
- Artist is free to publish only the finished work > none
- Artist is free to publish after the commissioner published it (half NDA) > $100
- Artist cannot publish the artwork (full NDA) > $200
REVISIONS, DEADLINES, AND DELIVERY REVISIONS
During the sketch phase: up to 3 major revisions.
- Major revisions are: pose, composition, character and outfits.
- Minor revisions are: slight pose adjustments (hands, arms, legs), and the addition of elements.During the colouring phase: up to mid-2 revisions.
- Mid revisions are: Changing base colours, light source direction and ambient shading.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
If you need a deadline, please indicate it in the request form. A rush fee will be applied if necessary.Rush Fees:
- Standard: up to 4-8 weeks > none
- Rush Delivery Tier 1: up to 3 weeks > x1.5
- Rush Delivery Tier 2: up to 2 weeks > x2
- Rush Delivery Tier 3: up to 1 week > x2.5
- Rush Delivery Tier 4: less than 1 week > x3
USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I reserve the rights to the artwork and distribution. Please credit the source of the art.
I may use this artwork for portfolio, resume, or advertisement needs.
I might post work in progress on my social media. If you want the piece to be made private, please notify me beforehand.
No artwork is allowed to be utilized for NFTs or other crypto-currency or to fund or support Artificial Intelligence databases.
Do not engage in any form of art theft (ie. no copy/trace/stealing).
Unless stated otherwise, the commission is for personal use only.
You cannot re-sell the artwork.
COMMUNICATION
Communication is preferred on VGen.
Please note that I may have multiple projects that I am working on. Therefore, I will contact you once I start and provide you with various updates.
